Fill out the contact form with brief information regarding your potential project or content needs, and you’ll receive a follow up email and can schedule a consult (totally optional, just provide a solid brief via email). You’ll receive a link for direct payment tailor made for you!
Barter agreements and case-by-case budget services are available to those that need some flexibility with their money, but still desire quality production work.
You may submit a barter form here. You may also contact VRV directly to work out a custom rate for your content needs. Reach out with an email that says “PWYC Request” alongside your project needs and current budget. Should it be accepted, you’ll receive a custom checkout link.
If you prefer self-guided purchasing go ahead and checkout with your preferred services via the cart.
You will then be prompted to provide in-depth information regarding your project and then contacted with a follow up confirmation email, and again you can schedule an optional consultation.
Sign the Master Services Agreement (MSA, my terms) & Statement of Work Form (SOW, your project terms) that will be sent to your email to confirm our collaboration.
On-sites: Depending on your project, in-person, on-site production dates for shooting testimonials, products, podcasts, live events, vlog content, or anything a long those lines are available to schedule.
Valley Rat Video operates predominantly on “don’t be an asshole” rules. Follow those rules, and we’re in for such a lucrative, creative partnership.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
All deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable barring extenuating circumstances.
What is your turnaround for edited content?
Expect your standard deliverables to be delivered in 14 days. Projects that require more TLC and complexity may have a longer turnaround that we’ll agree on in writing. Need it sooner than a week? Expedited services are available.
How long do I have to review and sign the MSA/SOW?
You have 7 calendar days from the time you receive your Master Services Agreement (MSA) to review, sign, and return it. This keeps your proposed schedule locked and ensures production stays on track. Otherwise you forfeit your slot in the calendar and payment.
What happens if I need to cancel a shoot or will be late for one?
Production shoot dates rescheduled or canceled by Client with less than 72 hours advance will only get a 50% refund in order to cover reserved calendar availability.
On site appointments get a 25-min grace period, then 100% deposit forfeiture on no-show.
